How to post pictures:
you need to host your pictures on another site and link them some good ones are
www.imageshack.us
www.photobucket.com (need to sign up for photobucket only takes 2 min)
then copy and paste the link below the photo and host it up.
or look for The insert image buttom where you change your bold etc when your posting.
copy and paste the url from the picture and done.
videos :
Yo host videos, go you www.youtube.com and upload your video to your profile.
After that or found another video to post from youtube, look for the insert buttom for videos and copy and paste the link into it, Then done.
